Marshawn Lynch without question is the best running back in the game today.
    Their D is dominant.
I think the only team that can beat them is the Pats and Brady with his A game.

For you bettors out there all the favorites won this weekend.Take all the underdogs next weekend there will be at least two upsets.

I picked Atlanta so I don't share your view. That said, Seattle is as good a bet as any other NFC team to play in the Superbowl.

We'll know Lynch is no AP. But Seattle is the real deal as a team. I think they're going to have their hands full in Atlanta next sunday though.

losing chris clemons hurts them big time.......they're pretty much going to have to blitz every down now.....

they can get by atlanta because its the falcons, but I don't see them winning in SF or GB

All of the 8 teams are really good and have a chance, one thing about momentum is it often changes....

Seattle looks good, but there are a lot of variables..

Best RB left in the playoffs let me put it that way. AP without question is the best. But for a player with agility combined with power he is as good as anybody. Reminds me of Corey Dillion in his prime.

Another thing. You got to wonder if Pete Carrol was left here to shop for the groceries. He has got some animals on defense.
I'll put his draft picks against Bills over the last 5 years when it comes to defense.

I have the same thing happening. SEA did look good yesterday but that Clemmons injury will hurt them. I don't think they are going to go on the road to WAS, ATL then GB or SF and winning all those games. The '07 Giants they are not.

I believe the de facto NFFCG is GB @ SF this weekend.

It wouldn't surprise me if SEA takes down ATL; they have the corners to do it on the fast track.

Lets hope that the ravens get physical with the broncos.

#1) If not for that awful call by the replacement officials Seattle is not in the playoffs.

#2) They defeated a beat up and not very good Red Skins team whose best player was at best at 60%.

#3) No way Lynch is better than Arian Foster and while not for much longer the Texans are still in the playoffs.

I'd love for NE to get a rematch vs. the Seahawks and their arrogant asses on a neutral field and see what happens.

Not much of an excuse when the Pats were making a lot of those D picks in the second round especially in the secondary over the last 6 or 7 years.. We haven't had a top 10 D in about 8 years.

Thats what I was referring to when CD was with Cinn.. saw enough highlights.
And Corey did it with 4-12 teams.

Marshawn Lynch still has made the best run I have ever seen by a running back a few years back in the playoffs. And I have been watching football since the only team you could get on TV was the the Cleveland Browns in the early 60's with Jim Brown.

the first two comments are eye rollers especially the #2. They came from 14 down on the road in front of 80K very loud fans.

The 3rd is debatable. Foster is more consistent. Lynch is stiil a one man wrecking crew when he is rolling.
I think the Pats will beat them given a second chance. Pats are a smarter team but Seattle is way more physical and and Pats just don't match up against real muscle they just don't.

I've had Seattle going to the SB for months now. My big question was whether Richard Sherman would get suspended. BUT the Chris Clemons injury is a huge one, and could easily derail them, especially if they play Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay. Having to blitz more to get pressure could open up a lot of opportunities. We'll see how they do against Atlanta. I was very confident that Seattle would beat Atlanta, but the loss of Clemons could be a major factor.

I don't share this admiration for Seattle. In fact I think Wash beats them last night if RG3 wasn't obviously hurt. Besidea Seattle isn't a very good road team so for them to go to ATL and then to either GB/SF is a tall order. They will probably lose this weekend as ATL has many more weapons that Wash does!

I think Seattle is as likely as any of the other four teams left standing in the NFC, but no more than that. What did they do yesterday to prove this to you? They gave up two quick scores before RG III reinjured his knee, and Wilson looked pretty pedestrian for most of that game. Sure, they have a great running game, a dynamic QB and a fantastic defense. But I'm not sure I'm taking that over Rodgers and his receivers, or a SF team that has a similar recipe for success.

In any event, the NFC really looks like a four team race, I honestly have no idea who I'd pick in either of the matchups this weekend, and all four teams look capable of making the SB to me. In the AFC it's really just a waiting game for the AFCCG as I don't think Baltimore or Houston have the horses to compete with NE and Denver.

LMAO..They came from behind 14 on the road and scored the next 24 points and should have scored 30+ save a fumble on the goal line.

Seattle put that myth to bed last night Atlanta has yet to prove anything to anybody but lose when it come to playoff football at home on the road or land and sea.

You can make a case that Seahawks were a better team than Redskins but vs Niners,GB or Atl is a stretch but ya never know on any giving Sunday or Sat. Pats can contain Lynch and force a turn over.

So what you're saying is that Seattle is a very good road team...if the opposing team's quarterback gets grievously injured and the opposing team's head coach is too stubborn to take said quarterback out of the game.

I agree with mayo that the loss of Clemons is huge.

^This. A healthy RG3, hell, even if they pulled him after the knee injury. I don't think SEA wins. They did nothing yesterday to showing me a run to the SB. I would however love for NE to face them in the big game.

They have the tools to but I don't see it happening, most likely their season ends Sunday IMO. They're a good, complete team but at the end of the day they're an 11-5 team who really should be 10-6 if not for a horrible ruling awarding them a win over GB.

I do not see Pete Carroll and a rookie QB winning 3 road playoff games. There is a very good chance they would not have won 1 had RG3 not messed up his ankle OR Shanahan wasn't a psycho and simply replaced a gimpy QB with zero effectiveness after drive 2. I mean it was basically a game of let's hand you the ball over and over, see if your offense score 14+ points on the Redskins D over 3 quarters. And Washington does not have a very good defense. Atlanta will be a much better measuring stick for Wilson and Seattle next week.

Too bad us teams stuck with losers like BB only get to skip round 1 and play home in round 2, or you might think BB is as good as Petey Carroll:rolleyes:

Atlanta proved they didnt have to play last weekend. That is more than winning last weekend.
If not for a fumbled snap inside the 10 that no Redskin attempted to recover, its a one score game with a lot of time left.

I agree with this. RG3 was clearly hurting the team. A healthy RG3 or if they play Cousins instead and I am not so sure that Seattle advances.
