Does anyone know if Floyd Reese has even done a good job for the Pats?

Did I miss something? Did Reese have this almighty terrible mistake that forces this season on him to take blame? If I read his description correctly, the guy is an advisor. All moves are the final say of BB. ALL OF EM. So, if we did end up in cap hell and Reese was still with the staff, it would still be Belichicks fault.

So, why the hate on Reese?
