At first I was like WTF but the more I think about it, it's pretty fair.

The Pats are into Moss for 25 million.
The Jets are into a guard for 21 Million.

If Moss becomes a distraction, they can cut him after the second year and afford to eat the rest. Hopefully, this won't happen but it isn't as bad as I first thought.
