Hell yeah, we're here.
Celtics win in 5 games
Might be easier with the Magic, stop Howard and they stop a large chunk of their offense.
I expect at least one fight, both teams are angry and not affraid to mix it up.
Perkins and Baby are going to have their hands full.
By the way, 40 minutes of play and Baby only got 2 rebounds last game? He is an underwhelming rebounder for a guy his size.
If Perk gets in foul trouble, we're in deep s**t. Can you imagine Howard posting up Mikey? Could get ugly.
I'm not optimistic about this series, but will never underestimate the heart of the champions. GO CELTS!
Howard wont be the killer in this series. It will be finding someone to guard Rashad Lewis.
We have to worry about Howard, Turkoglu, Lewis, Alston, and they have a good bench to. Tough series for us without Powe and KG
we will live and die by perk in this series
lewis is overrated. turkoglu is better and is the real go to guy in the 4th quarter. turkoglu can create his own shot, pass, and play much better defense then that loser rashard lewis. lewis will be a non factor but turkoglu is a very good player and we will need pierce to guard him.
Read somewhere or other that the Magic were favored, WHICH was followed by some writers picking the Magic to sweep. WTF?
Even without Garnett and Powe, that team is pretty freakin' good, sweep? The Celtics may not have an answer for Howard, but what do the Magic have to match Pierce, Allan, and Rondo?
Wow...down by 28 at one point...they showed some heart trying to come back, but the team really needs to be fire up in the BEGINNING of the game!!! LOL
I got no questions about the heart of this team, the legs though look a little tired. Hopefully that 2nd half run gets this team going.
I think they have realized they can play with the Magic without Powe/KG, which will lead to us winning game 2
Game 2 won and Game 3 sees the Magic down another player with Rafir Alston suspended for slapping Eddie House in the back of the head...Celtics surely can take advantage of this and take a 2-1 series lead.
Yeah, Rondos gonna kick some Magic A** tonight. If the bench plays like they did in game two, I feel good about the game and series. And you know Pierce will break out after scoring three in game 2. GO GREEN!
I'm not following the logic of the television networks and NBA with today's scheduling. More Laker fans would watch their game from 5:00-8:00 LA time than from noon-3:00, and just as many, if not more Boston fans would watch the Celtics from 3-6 pm than from 8-11. In addition to those backwards starting times, they once again are putting the Celtics game head-to-head against the Red Sox. The majority of Celtics fans are also Red Sox fans; why would the NBA and the networks want to split the Boston fan base and lower their ratings when they could easily avoid that by making this simple switch? The baseball schedule was made far in advance and they're not going to change but the NBA playoff times change with each series. It just seems like TNT and the NBA are shooting themselves in the foot with this scheduling decision.
Don't forget the Bruins too, they're on at 7:30.
Holy crap baby!!!!!!!!
Magic have nobody to blame but themselves there for leaving him wide open!
Separate names with a comma.
