would not be surprised if he is considering retirement
How so? I'd blame Josh and Brady more than the team doctors. They're the ones that tried to bomb it deep to Gronk and he injured his back trying to catch uncatchable balls.
If he was going to be out he was going to be out anyway. I don't know what team doctors could to do in this case.Nice going team doctors, you suck.
Yeah, but he's banged up as well. And we don't have a decent TE to pair up with him. Him and Gronk together when they were relatively healthy, unstoppable. Now, easier to stop. Every year, except 2014, this team has MAJOR injury problems. That Derby trade, in hindsight (though I hated it) is a killer. He's no Gronk, but he's looked damned good, and made a rival stronger in that position, AND, knew the offense. Anyone we bring in now, will be pretty useless except for blocking. This is a MAJOR ****ing loss.in previous years that would have been a back breaker (pardon the pun). at least this year we have martellus.
jesus...so much for the pats and their BS leak saying they didn't believe the injury was serious. weird how that leaked minutes after he entered the lockeroom. no wonder gronks family doesn't trust our medics.
There is no one to blame. You cant predict how anyone can get injured on a play. Thats football. People will obviously blame the pats but its just terrible luck. How so? several weeks
Team will be fine with Brissett. With healthy Brissett they've been outscoring teams 27-0.The IR return used on Brisettt yesterday is interesting. Can't put Gronk on IR , then bring him back. That ship has sailed.
Isn't that why we brought in Bennett? We still have a top 5 TE, a good WR Corp, and two great pass catching RB's.I'm done w this guy.
Tired of living or dying with his health. Time to move on
