My 11 year old was looking forward to a big opening night game since he could talk. I am not going to deny him that. It's just sad that Kraft and Goodell have put a stain on that day, that I looked forward to sharing with my son.
I cancelled NFL network package even though it cost MORE money somehow to exclude that from my package.... just to take money away from the NFL. So please don't accuse me of "giving up because my voice won't be heard" (paraphrasing). Nowhere in my comment did I say that. I just pointed out a fact. Like it or not.. that's what it is... a fact.
I do understand actually. I'm just saying not as many Pats fans will abandon those tickets as you may believe. Not saying some won't. But you assume that everyone is approaching it this way.

Was told by a high-ranking NFL source that Kraft's decision to stand down does not include a deal on Brady. Surprising to me.

Kraft2: Takes a big man to swallow anger, give in for common good. Also takes a man who knows he wouldn’t have won+wants lower Brady ban.
I just pray and hope that brady doesnt accept a 1 game suspension carrot from goodell.
Stop Bella.. don't shoot..lol
I hate what that gutless yellow turd did today, and was just pointing out that he did it because his brand will continue to make him money.
If every one of us gave up our season tickets, he could easily refill the stadium with season ticket holders graduating from the waitlist.
Some day, he will not be the owner of this franchise, and I might want to have my season tickets when that day comes.
I will be booing him with a passion on opening night, but I will be there.

It will stay at 4 games, and no way Goodell recuses himself now. Herr Commisioner and his goons now have Kraft's blessing, and Brady (plus the team) is absolutely ****ed regarding the suspension . You guys really think Brady wants this to go to court? That he would actually win? What judge is going to give a rat's ass about his appeal when his owner has already shown that he doesn't care?
TODAY, more than anything the NFL has done over the last 10 years, is all about restoring competitive balance and parity to the NFL. What a sad day this is for any true fan of the sport.
See you next season.I WAS a Pats fan since 1974, after watching how the NFL is now run and Kraft selling us, the team and its qb out, I'M Done.
That whole collectivist explanation (that Kraft rendered most recently)...sounds like it came right out of Marx's playbook. It was as though somebody reminded him of the (overall) agenda. Of course, it also makes the appearance that Brady is left by himself. Please be reminded that ALL OF THIS was created/fermented by a team from Indianapolis that works from a hatred that transcends the whole collectivist mode. What a curiosity.

Sorry, but you can make all the excuses you want but you're a fool for giving him more of your money.
He is counting on people just like you who will find any excuse to go to the games and give him more money.
Teach your son a greater lesson about "principles" and don't go to the games.......or...........go to the games and give more money to Spineless Bob and show Bob that he was right about people like you after all.
..And I might just follow him. How can I support a team that doesn't support us? I have to live my life hearing , "The Pats are Cheaters" again? ...Spygate was too much, but this is GOODBYE. I can't defend something that you basically "confessed" to, while you maintain your innocence. Enjoy your money, but it wont be mine. And you WILL be booed off the stage where ever you go. That will be your legacy, a money grubbing, cheating, spineless, weasel. . Enjoy Scum. See yaNow as expected everyone out there is saying that this is an admission of guilty. Wonderful.
I really hope BB quits and start the journey to revamp a different team somewhere else.
Hmmm , maybe Sponge Bob is a good nickname for him now.
Um, he doesn't have to say anything at all. If he finds he just can't resist the impulse to STFU, he should at least show a little support for his teammate. That's his boss, he doesn't really have a choice to say otherwise. Especially coming up on a new contract.
