Patriots need 2 DTs, they need a pass rusher and a run stuffer. Either of those guys may already be on the roster, but they need at least one of each to compete in camp.
No need to draft a RB, though a QB would probably be a smart thing to do.
QB & RB (& lard-ass DT) is not a need This Year. There is no good reason whatsoever why we cannot wait to draft Mallett's & Ridley's (& Wilfork's & Kelly's) replacements Next Year, while we still have much, much greater needs This Year at DE,TE, C/G, SS, G/T & OLB.
I want them to take the best player available, if that player is a RB, take a RB, if it's a QB, take a QB. If it's equal, then take a position of need first. Or would you have them reach for another Special Teamer like Tavon or Chung to play safety because it fills a need?
