Personally, I would LOVE to draft Ingram with our pick from Oakland. It would make sense given that Oakland may actually be at .500 and most of the highly rated receivers will probably be gone by then. Although most of you may shy away from the idea, we can't be afraid of drafting at an offensive skill-position in the 1st or 2nd because of guys like Chad Jackson and Maroney (although not a bust, certainly disappointing). Add to the fact that three of our RBs (Faulk, Taylor, & Maroney) having contracts up at the end of the year, we're going to need someone (or a few individuals) to help address the void. As for the other positions, I feel we are fairly set at WR (unless I'm proven wrong this season) and TE (ditto). And knowing Bill, the OT spot will be addressed either in the 2nd at the earliest or with one of the guys we have now (i.e Welch). What say you?
Shouldn't we see how Vollmer, Maroney, Gronkowski, Hernandez, Taylor Price, etc. all play in 2010 first, to be able to have a clue on a good answer?
I'm surprised RB leads this poll. I think it's easily the most plug and play position in the NFL. Why spend a first rounder? I wouldn't mind a second rounder there, though.
Plus, I really want one of the top four WRs next year.
