I' sure he could call the league he and Brady are a part of a criminal organization, who is colluding to fix their product right now.
I'm not sure it would have any positive effect, however.
When you're dealing with corrupt people and organizations, someimes, their isn't anything you can do, in the short run, frustrating as that is.
In othe dictatorships through history, leaders would send players and coaches to Siberia after the rigged judicial decision.
It is plain to every rational, unbiased person that.
No one ever was prosecuted this way for an equipment violation.
There is zero evidence that tom Brady did anything.
Everyone in this investigation has been proven to be a liar, from the first Colt who said the D'Quell Jackson said the ball he interecepted was deflated [Jackson said he said no such thing] to goodell's myriad lies, to the farce of an investigation by Wells and on and on.
Kraft got blind sided, he actually expected an apology. He actually thought, as many people at their jobs do, if he straightened out the messes of Goodell vis a vis the collective bargaining and media contracts, he would be thanked, rather than shafted.
Can he appeal? More likely to be able to climb Mount Everest than get a reversal, in my opinion. Should he do more than call the league he's in unfair, something you can't have faith in? I don't know.
Am I implying Goodell might have bought a judge, as the son of a prominent NY politician?
I wouldn't be shocked if he did.
Oh, no question in my mind Goodell paid off Chin and Parker. No question. Chin's comments were especially disturbing.
The best is morons lecturing us that the appeal was about Goodell's absolute powers, when Chin specifically mentioned the faux evidence in the Wells Report.
He was planting the seed and over-dramatizing the manufactured evidence, so when he ruled like he just did, it wouldn't be a shock as to why. That's why his comments during the appeal were so troubling, not to mention Kessler wasn't even allowed to speak. That means Parker and Chin were paid off.
As chief judge, Katzmann, probably wasn't even approached by Goodell.
The problem is, the Wells Report finding were never supposed to be in play. He slipped up, mainly because he was paid off and didn't care. He got sloppy on the bench with his words.
Whoops!
I mean, this whole thing is a bagjob from front to back and it's about the NFL needing parity badly to get Jacksonville to London asap so Sheriff Goebbels can open up the European market because the N. American is clearly well over-staturated.
The Thurs night games are awful, that even as a diehard, I don't care. That's a tell tale sign right there.
Also, anyone who plays fantasy football is playing it now, so there not getting any more eyeballs on their tv screens any more than what they have with people now playing Draft Kings, etc.
They want more football being played at all times, which means different time zones, to maximize the ROI.
It's sick to think about this. Our team, one that 30 years ago would be celebrated as a dynasty for the ages, is being used and lied about to get Jax to London easier to make them all more money.
I've had this nailed for years and was made fun of for it. Not anymore. Jax will never be sold as a competitive team that can get off the ground and maintain to London investors until they actually show they can be good.
Keep an eye on their games this year. Expect lots of bagjobs on orders of Goodell.
Bennett, the player who flew to London last night to announce their pick, wasn't there by accident.
