Berman grilling Nash on why some evidence used in Wells report wasn't shared with Brady team. Nash says it was privileged.
Hahaha, and only yesterday Goodell said it was independent. I wanted to know fi the judge asked nash if the report was independent or not yes/no.Stephen Brown @PPVSRB 2m2 minutes agoManhattan, NY
Nash: So-called independence of Mr Wells, is...a complete red herring. Under the CBA it is not an argument that has any legal significance

Berman now turns to findings of Wells Report. Continues grilling Nash. #DeflateGate
With a Sean Connery accent that sounds so much better.Oh sorry, they are all collective some type of ash(s)es so got confused.
I know it sounds really great for us from the tweets and it's great that Berman is giving credence to a lot of the points that Kessler contended, but everyone should try not to get overly excited until we hear what Berman has to say to Brady too. Berman himself stated that he sees weaknesses in both sides, and we don't know what he has in store for Brady and the NFLPA yet.
I'm not gonna get myself crazy with this thread every 15 seconds.
Alright berman, dont lead me off the ledge to betray later....Stephen Brown @PPVSRB 5s6 seconds agoManhattan, NY
Berman: Turns out Mr. Brady did better with higher inflated balls than underinflated balls. You might say he got no competitive advantage
