The Official Brady Appeal Thread: Live Updates and Rumors

If this goes to court, there most certainly will be an injunction against the suspension handed down as the conditions merit a very distinct reality that no wrong was done. the other holes in the NFL side is the appearance of independence in the Wells report......doesn't take much to see that the NFL did not follow its own rules, and that there is sufficient precedence that the league is operating outside of what their rules stipulate......it's the exact same thing that took petersen, rice, and the saints players outside of the NFL process to have their rights properly accounted for.

As Florio puts it: "The truth, as many have now concluded, is that there’s not enough evidence to conclude that tampering happened prior to the AFC title game."

Raised the AEI report to people at the NFL. Won't hurt 12, of course. But Brady's task is to prove innocence -- different than what AEI did.

----

Hey Albert, the game today and Thursday may be played by YOUR rules, but when it hits the courts of the United States of America, you and Goodell won't be so smarmy.

Thanks for the legal lesson Bert, but Goodell better be careful or he will be treated like a college kid arrested for urinating in public at a state university in Ohio.

Here's a stupid question in light of past appeals. Why don't they have a court reporter there to record everything exactly as it was said???? It wouldn't cost them that much more......and help in accuracy ...

Because it would "record everything exactly as it was said".

What about a official thread for today's news? this one has already 12 pages and it's going to blow in a couple hours.

Just like the pressure gauges, the NFL will have two ancient and different recorders and they will be measurably off.
