The number of Manning Commericals is sickening, especially given Payton's playoff record.

Seriously, the moustache commercial almost (note: almost) made him likeable. That was seriously funny.

But yeah, Brady's still better, and there are too many Manning commercials.

We'll see how funny it is by week 8. My guess, not so funny.

i dont know, i have yet to not laugh at his commercials. Whatever i think of him as a QB...he does some funny commercials.

What does his playoff record have to do with his marketability?

He is in way too many commercials, but I must admit that he does a good job with them. Peyton does have a good sense of humor. I really like the mustache one and the "will you sign my melon" one is a real good one too. The only one I didn't like is the one where he is the qb and he tells the camera to "come here" and he talks to an audience in the middle of a play (I think its a direct tv commercial). I wish Brady would do more commercials like the 7 layers of protection. That one was good too.

Both Brady & Peyton are pretty good in their commercials. I love it that Brady includes other Patriots in his whereas it's usually just Peyton in his.

Totally agree, the porn mustache one is hilarious.

Let Peyton use his free time to make his commercials while Tom keeps using his time to find ways to make himself better.

Yeah, Brady had the Five Layers of Protection ad. Peyton could do one with his offensive line called the Five Protection Problems! :D

I want a new Metaphors commercial. The Metaphors crew have changed substantially.

I also like the one where he audibles to pancakes at breakfast.

Frankly, any commerical is tiresome by week 8. I was more sick of the Patriots Coors Light, Not in Our House Visa, and Diet Pepsi Machine than anything Peyton's done yet.

I just really don't like seeing his face on TV. The porn stache grossed me out.

I say keep 'em coming. It just seems to me that whenever teams are commercially over-exposed, that team ends the season poorly. That includes NE last year, as I wsa even tired of all the Pats ads midway through the season.

Tell me that would not have been twice as funny as if he had been wearing Patriots colors and following Tom Brady.

I am already tired of the stupid pornstache commercial, but maybe that's because he uses the word "maybe" too much, maybe.;)

the one where he dramatically emerges from the wet rubber ball is getting VERY old...my true thoughts are not fit to post.

there's bound to be a backlash at some point. The man has no shame.

That commercial is a complete ripoff of a scene from Lord of the Rings. If that was just about any other player it would have been pretty cool but Peyton just can't pull off the mean look. He needs to stick to the funny commercials.
