Position by position guys who have either seemed to have the Pats number, was a pest or just always seemed to beat us for one reason or the other.

Here's a start for me:

QB- John Elway, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning in the second half of his career,
RB- Thurman Thomas, Emmitt Smith. Terrell Davis. Also Curtis Martin
WR- Andre Reed, Tyreek Hill. N'Keal Harry? :D
TE- Shannon Sharpe, Tony Gonzalez,
O-Line -

DL- Bruce Smith, Justin Tuck, Aaron Schobel, Jason Taylor
LB- Bryan Cox, Bill Romanowski, Terrell Suggs
Secondary- Bernard Pollard, Ed Reed, Sam Madison, Charles Woodson

Special Teams- Uwe Von Schamann, Desmond Howard

Coaching- Mike Shanahan, Wade Phillips, BB, John Harbaugh

Decent list and yes...N'Keal belongs.

And Tyreek Hill...not really....on a pick play, sure...but whenever we had Jon Jones covering, we did OK.

That's true. I was also thinking back to the 2017 opener when we were blown out. Hunt and Hill had their way with our defense.

Also RB - Terrell Davis. I'll update my list on top

Thought we were going to the Pats killer team, not the team that killed the Pats, good start but I'll have to think on it.

No Johnny Hector? I now question your list.

I believe that game was just a shock to us how KC had speed everywhere on offense, Watkins, Hill, hunt, Kelce.. Mahomes 1st game too..

We may not like him but Don Shula probably has more wins against NE than any other coach. (I'd actually be interested in confirming if that is true or not)

I seem to remember a fella named Richard Dent who had a good day against New England once.... although it is hard to find just one player from that Chicago team who had a good day.... there are quite a few I could list....

Dan Pastorini and Fred Biletnikoff had a few good games, one of which (for each) was in the playoffs.

Mercury Morris once put up 197 yards with 3 TDs...

OL - those Alex Gibbs Broncos zone blocking schemes... Pick any year from '84 to '95

I thoight BB as coach was worth mentioning. Not just for his playoff win in Cleveland but I think he was the one that created the blueprint on Bledsoe. Drew always seemed to have trouble against his defenses in the late 90’s. Was never the same I think.

The original Ray Lewis* had 280 carries for 1,514 yards and scored 17 touchdowns in 14 games versus the Patriots in his career.

*OJ. Literally a killer. :oops::poop:

**** Don Shula

Probably need Marvin Harrison in there.

Can't believe Raiders DB (in this case it stands for douche bag) Jack Tatum hasn't been mentioned
