Wow, never noticed he has a bit of a twang in his accent. Maybe he picked it up in Denver.

I like that guy's style.

Guy does a mean micky mouse impression :)

Shades of BB were clear though in all the do your job lines

If you learn from the best tho you'd be a fool not to copy what you know works

You might want to send this to Eric Mangini.

The best part of that video was listening to how respect Brian Dawkins has for him. What a pick-up was. McDaniels is a really good coach and is going to turn Denver into a powerhouse once he finds his quarterback (I don't believe it's going to be Orton, lol).

Clear from the video, says something to Orton like we're past my bad now, hit the man

LOL Haley could use a copy too since this is what Pioli was hoping for...

Absent a carrot the stick gets old in a hurry. Josh is making it all about them, not him, and that's another BB jedi mind trick. You're good enough to win if you just let me guide you. Vs. You're not all that but if you shut up and do it my way it just might work. Josh is working to harness their spirits in persuit of a common goal while the other two live to break spirits as a means to an end. Which will end up being theirs.

i think it was more of a case of orton admitting his mistake and josh just asking him to forget it and do what he is supposed to do...move on to the next play kinda deal

It's really just so nice in here. All hugs and kisses. How long will this love for Denver last? Man oh man.

Until they pose a serious threat which I think most of us believe won't be until Josh finds his franchise QB (Orton is just the franchise space holder). In the meantime he's like a breath of fresh air in the evilness of the hoody debate Eric really kicked into high gear and potentially he could cause a problem or two for our competitors in the AFC on any given Sunday.

Except that his voice gets really high and cracks when he gets excited. He sounds like a kid.

Yeah, what's up with that? He sounds like he's 12. If you think he is a good coach now, just wait until he reaches puberty.

This is probably the first fully supportive thread on McDaniels on this board ever, as a Bronc or a Pat.

 thats a funny way to put it.

I'd rather have Orton than about 20 other starters in the league. He's the only starting QB who hasn't thrown a pick yet. Ball security counts for a lot more than some think it does.
