I think we are having two separate discussions, about Sintim and about the pick at 23.

1) Who would pass on Sintim at 47 or 58?
2) Who believes that he is a value pick at 23?

For the record, I think that Sintim is a reasonable pick in the second round, but that there will higher value picks at 23 and at 35.
