Wondering if the Pats might go after the local kid as Luke is one of the top prospects at ILB and even though there are bigger concerns than this position,it's always been best player available.

Expected to be a low first round draft pick which is where NE will be at.

Yeah...it's kind of a tradeoff. I think he's going to be a very good LB in this league for a long time, but there's just not a lot of need here...

Cool!

If he made it down to our spot (either one) I'd take him in a second and worry about where to fit him in later.

He could take Guyton's spot on the roster. :D

From what I've read he'll probably be a top 20 pick. Not exactly a huge need anyways.

I see Giants getting knocked out today and their weak LB being exposed. That will put them in just the right spot to draft Kuechly.

Kuechly would look very nice next to Mayo. That would give the Pats some serious depth at ILB with Fletcher and Spikes behind them.

The issue would be that Kuechly doesn't address the 3-4 OLB issue or the 3-4 DE issue.

If we draft a LB I want somebody who can cover. I don't see Luke as that player.
