half a season if the NFL was serious about ending the usage.
The NFL can't say what the banned substance was so the agents for all the players just pick the most harmless sounding drug, in this case adderall, as a way to protect the image of the athlete.
I would bet it was either steroids or some type of banned masking agent in all of these cases.
If it is PED's, why only a four game ban. Should be at least a couple of years.
Not talking about Cunningham specifically but more generally.
Final thought. Is the NFL becoming the Tour De France?
Some of you guys need to take PED's.
Four of you were .001 second slow in submitting your threads. You need to work harder to get better if you are going to compete at this level.
Right...it was adderall. He did it once by mistake.
Roids would certainly explain Cunningham's resurgence after a craptastic first two years in the league.
In fairness, I thought his rookie year to be promising.
Hey, we got an open roster slot for a month! ....
Bummer. I'd be worried about the team's reputation if these suspensions weren't being handed out like crazy this year. Just be glad it wasn't someone like Wilfork.
Adderall = Amphetamines..... People can run faster jump higher, faster reflexes etc. Use to be very popular with base ball players in the sixties.
