I'm not 100% certain but if I recall correctly that is Chad O'Shea, the receivers coach.

Why the need to know?

I look just like the guy when he has the hat on and that angle. strange.
I thought I might have a long lost younger brother so I wanted to see another photo to confirm I'm crazy, which is fairly easy to do.
However, in the second photo the resemblance dies except for the receding hairline
