I'll make this one a "Choose all that apply" poll.

Needless to say, "giddy" strikes me as appropriate. :)

I have a good feeling. I'm really excited and have a feeling that we take Griffin and definitley Harris. I'd be estatic. But watch the Jets take Harris just to "thwart" us.

If they don't draft players at the S, CB or ILB positions I will be left wondering why.

Should have put "drunk" in there as an option. :rocker:

i said surprised and confused
but i hope im left bein giddy
what i worry about is if we take a te and olineman with our first two pix, lol, which actually could conceivably happen

we NEED youth at linebacker and safety
and ive been sayin it for a few yrs now
now, its pretty drastic
as our defense really started to look slow last yr

As long as they do not chose a TE and a DE in the first round, I will be just fine.

No matter if the pats pick 3 punters I think most people will feel Pleased because IBBWT

Where's "disappointed"?

I'm nearly always surprised with these things.

Interestingly, I think this draft day feels like the most precipitous possible; two firsts, a possiblity of Randy Moss, and so on. I may feel slightly disappointed, after all.

Dazed and confused, said all along today a lot of us will be saying WTF, tommorrow a lot will be saying now that does make some sense in September we will be saying maybe it will work and in February we will all say WOW!!!!

just fine. no worries. plenty of trust, no matter what they do. im convinced they know what they are doin. thats a great feelin.:singing: :singing:

They do it every year to me so I don't see why this year would be any different, they are going to leave me scratching my head in confusion.

first thing that crossed my mind when I saw the thread

I think I'll be excited to start thinking of the training camp battles and positional flexibility

Also excited for Day 2--where Piolichick has been known to score some serious talent

I voted pleased, pissed off, confused and surprised.

It seems every year under BB, starting with taking Seymour over future Hall of Busts candidate David Terrell, the team's draft leaves us initially confused, surprised and pissed off, but eventually we come around to appreciating the genius of our front office which makes us pleased.

I'm probably going to be pissed. This is a weak draft year. It

is the kind of a year where the Pats may trade most of their draft

picks away for choices in 2008. We may have to hope that a couple of

their compensatory picks pan out.

Good call - plus a once and future superstar to help us THIS year.

I picked pissed off. The Randy Moss thing, of course, changes that.

I don't know how many 2nd day picks will make the team but I have

confidence that the Pats' personnel department does a better job of

evaluating players than Pro Football Weekly and the other web sites

that follow the draft.

overrall, what the pats have done in the offseason of course im pleased
but it is a lil tough to swallow the fact that we only got one new young player that has a good chance of bein a high impact guy
