I think that sums it up perfectly. Our defense was shutting out the Ravens offense. Forcing 3 and outs the entire 1st qtr. Until the refs decided to start extending drives that had no business being extended. Ravens should've been forced to punt to the Pats numerous times. Gregory made a nice INT. Chandler Jones and Kyle Love had a sack that should've set the Ravens back 12 yards. (Negated by a phantom hold on Spikes, where the Ravens player actually held him) Jones and Ninkovich were being held all game. Funny how the refs barely called holding on OLines yet they called numerous Defensive holding..... actually there were probably more Defensive Holding calls in last nights game than in the entire 2011 season for the Pats. I have NEVER seen a game officiated that way. Torrey Smith blatant push off on a TD catch. Ray Rice had a nice drive where he was running it and we couldn't stop it. But our D was tired out thanks to the extended drive before that (which never should've happened). Mayo played well as usual. Spikes brings a toughness that can match any Ravens player. Overall 2 Ravens TD drives should've ended in them punting to us, and 1 TD was a blatant push off. It's not so crazy to think that our Defense wouldve held the Ravens to just 10 points if that game were officiated properly.
