Yes, he definitely was injured trying to tackle Pollard on his INT. Looked like an arm injury. I mentioned this in the WR depth thread.
But didn't he get up after that? Did he play at all on the last possession?
No, Reiss said Edelman and Stanback played on the last possession.
My first thought was broken collarbone, or some type of shoulder injury. It was a weird play, not much of a collision. We'll see.
You don't lose when you lose fake friends, and you don't really lose when you lose fake receivers either. I guess it may hurt for ST purposes, but...
So if Edelman got banged up in the playoffs, you'd be happy with adandoning all 3 WR sets?
Aiken, if hurt, is a significant loss.
