I honestly do not think Tyms will last the week on the 53-man roster.

We've got 12 db's. Do we need more than 10? Would like to see what's out there at de. I would think Silega takes a spot from one of the db's when he comes back.

I mean it's not like they are destitute or anything especially when Hightower and Chandler (clearly he wasn't this week) are 100%

But who knows maybe there is another move coming that adds another DL.

Since there were reports that the Patriots told KT if he cleared waivers they'd sign him to their PS, I'd surmise that Tyms made the 53 straight up. This implies that head to head BB preferred the taller more NFL experienced Tyms to KT whom he'd seen play & practice for 1 1/4 seasons.

Interesting drops. BB must be thinking they will clear so he can sign them to the practice squad and then the active roster.
He must have thought that releasing Butler, Moore or Kline would have increased the chances of a team making a claim even though they haven't seen the field (Butler a few snaps).

I'm surprised one of our offensive lineman either Devey or Kline wasn't cut. Our depth along the defensive line seems pretty thin now. I hope that means that the shoulder injury to Easley isn't too serious and that Silgia is close to returning.

Well in terms of numbers the depth is ok, now quality that's another question. Also even if Siliga gets healthy soon he can't play until the Lions games because they put him on the Return-IR
