It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I like what Scott O'Brien has done over the past few weeks (mixing the run in more, helping TB get more comfortable) and think in the end, he'll be a fine o-coordinator. Pees is experienced enough to do the job. I still think he is gone after this year to pursue a HC job. Maybe Groh or RAC are the answers??
My concern is come playoff-time the offensive playcalling. Will the inexperience show up in the playcalling? Thats where a Weis helps.

He's still a Belichick guy, he knows the defense well. It doesn't matter what "tree" he's from, they're all from the Parcells tree.Just a few things:
Groh is off the Parcells tree, not Belichick.
If you have millions in the bank, 53 is old enough to retire - I know I would Seriously, with his physical condition and his daughter's situation I could see him becoming a full time dad.Weis isn't that old. He is rich enough to retire, but he is only 53. He is younger than Belichick and probably hopes to be a head coach again within the next two to three years.
That's Bill (or Billy as Belichick seems to call him). Scott has issues with his punt team's protectionI like what Scott O'Brien has done over the past few weeks
Just wondering, what makes you think Pees will probably be gone after this season?
Put me in as one of the guys who wouldn't mind seeing Groh coaching the linebackers.

Groh would be good for the LB's and I would love to have Weiss and Crennel back.
