I agree with everything you said.
Trust your evaluation.. even if they go against the popular consensus, or sometimes not correct at all.
There's just a limited amount of videos available online for prospects, and they don't cover all the 12/13 games in a season.
Data analysis and stats are useful tools in helping to fill in those missing games gaps, as mentioned in my post below with manxman last year when discussing WR Hakeem Butler:

Still, data and stats alone are only pieces of the evaluation puzzle, along with (watching videos/combine/interviews/scheme/injuries/talent projection..etc)
Player evaluation is a convergence of all of those pieces that are then examined with context and nuance in determining draft capital.
In other words, it's an inexact science.
With your high percentage hit rate on draft prospects, you're a wizard in all of this draft madness so continue doing the grading process your way,
