Manning Didn't Necessarily Win Denver The Game, But He Didn't Lose it. Same Can't Be Said For Brady

it is only irrelevant if you're a fair weather fan who doesn't acknowledge there is a good team on the other side of the ball

completely senseless and insignificant whining on your part

Lol what? I've given denver more props than 95 percent of this board, just stop. What does that even have to do with this thread lol? Its clear who is "whining" here and its not me. Nice tho, pull the fake fair weather fan argument. How original and desperate.

The OL was atrocious yesterday but Brady didn't have a good day either. The picks were bad decisions and he missed several throws. Dude's human, even he can't be perfect all the time.

Agree, very reasonable reply man. Glad you left your brady pom poms at the door. ;)

you are whining.....the whole premise of your OP is a whine.......pointless

it would have been something had you mentioned something to that effect before the game, but you didn't.........take your hankie and go sit in the corner

you can never be perfect while getting pummeled

What? How can I mention that brady had a part in losing the game before the game is even played? You have made no sense since your first post in this thread. If you're talking about me mentioning not wanting to play in denver and how tough it is, I DID mention that. So again, what the hell are you talking about?

Getting hit repeatedly is going to screw up the QBs mechanics, it's just the way the body works.

it's called a prediction.....which you did not make

after the fact, it's just noise

Even if what you're saying is 100 percent accurate, it still doesn't dispute a damn thing in this thread. So I didn't predict brady would have a bad game..... So that means I can't talk about brady having a bad game or making mistakes in the game?... Please stop, you're just looking more foolish every post you make.

well.......when the OP is complete garbage, you can't expect much out of the rest of the thread

you can talk about whatever you like..........as can I

brady had a part in losing the game

That is not the title that you made for this thread, which clearly states that Brady lost the game.

Not that he didn't play his best (he sure didn't),
not that he made mistakes (he sure did),
not that he just had a part in losing it (he sure did),

but that he is singularly, or at least overwhelmingly, is individually responsible for losing the game.

And that is a MORONIC OPINION.

No QB ever has been hit 23 times and won the game. The fact that he almost led them to victory is amazing.

I'm sorry for anyone that read the thread title and nothing else beyond that point. That's not really my problem. My stance is clearly explained here and brady being the only reason we lost is clearly not my stance considering that would indeed, as you put it, be a moronic opinion.

If you want something that you write to be carefully evaluated, don't give it a moronic title that distorts your whole point

You'll get a strong reaction to the title and people won't notice that you totally backtracked in your opening post.

Did you give the thread a stupid title for shock value?

You mean the point that you have yet to address once so far? That point? Ok, I could have made a better title lol. Next? Or do you wanna continue your straw man.

Bickering in this thread was tl;dr but:

Greg A. Bedard ✔ @GregABedard
First play after the INT, 13:41 2Q, was emblematic of Brady's struggles. Didn't even look to Edelman beating man. Threw deep to Bolden.

Greg A. Bedard ✔ @GregABedard
This is highly unusual for him. Broncos certainly played a factor in the looks being cloudy for Brady, but he usually sees that play coming

Could Brady have played better? Yes. Could the coaches have made better decisions? Yes. Others too? Yes.
But the epic bad OL performance clouded everything.
As shocking as it may to be some people, even with Brady being the GOAT he is not infallible. He'll miss open receivers and he'll pass to X instead of better option Y. There is no such thing as the perfect QB (or coach or WR etc). It is the totality of the game effort/performance that defines the man. And that totality relies on all parts from all players and coaches. It is all interconnected. A relies on B, and B relies on C, and C relies on A. So with one part, the OL, a major fail then every other part including and especially QB were going to suffer. There was no way TB was going to make all great choices and good passes with that OL performance. So please stop with the TB wasn't good enough and player X "sucked". Everything on the O side of the ball is skewed based on an important link in the chain being made of tin foil instead of iron.

Look, forgetaboutit. Season is over. IMHO pickup a good OL man or two in there and we're ready to take the title. Actually, just take Solder and Lewis from IR and put them back on the field? I think we'd have toasted anyone. But injuries are not unique to the Patriots and are part of the game. All of us had hoped what were the returning parts would fix the issues but it simply wasn't true or, more likely IMHO, they didn't get back quick enough to return to that needed high level fluidity of execution.
So with that said remember this: despite an awful OL performance the Patriots were one 2 point conversion from OT then onto the SB(and with the way our D was now playing I liked lout OT chances). And that! dear friends is the hallmark of the Patriots and the reason why we have always been and will be in the mix. Everyone! did everything they absolutely could at the end, fighting tooth and nail to get us to the win. We're like that kid playing video games who won't give up an inch til he gets to the next level. And as long as we have that attitude (BB), have that preparation (BB), have that QB who tries/leads at that level (TB), the Patriot kids fighting insanely hard to get to that next level will continue to see us in the mix in 2016 and 2017 etc.
On to 2016 (and I have to say 2016 looks very promising)

Or do you wanna continue your straw man.

You need to learn what "straw man" means. I have made no straw man argument. I complained about the moronic statement that you indeed wrote. You know. The first sentence. The title. Own it.

Yes, you yelled that the sky was brown with beige polka dots, then whispered that it is really blue, then complained about people having a beef with what you yelled. Nice one.

Last I'm posting on this... not worth it.

To put this into perspective, my 9 year old son plays flag football. At QB he has 5 seconds or 5 mississippi's to throw the ball. During the game he said, "Geez Dad, Is Brady even getting 1 mississippi?"

O line sucked. That's all.

I just said in the very post you quoted that I could have made a better thread title. Thanks for confirming what I already know. Your reading and comprehension skills aren't very great. You are focusing on something that you know very well isn't even my point or stance. I do not think brady is the ONLY reason we lost. Yet, you keep harping on a stance I don't even have. Just because of a little nit pick you could find in the wording of the title without actually focusing on the information inside the thread. I know your kind, very well. You are the definition of a straw man specialist.

Look at it from a different perspective
If you're the 31 other teams D coordinator you're saying "Okay, if we rush 3-4 guys at Brady send the rest into coverage, they play their best game ever, tight coverage, sacking, mauling, pile driving the QB from wire to wire for 60 minutes we have a marginal chance of winning the game" yeeesh!

Some hideous pics for sure but that was some warrior football out there, he still dropped over 300yds on them and was a hair from OT. Very special player....

Brady is the best QB to ever play the game. Me giving him some blame for losing this game doesn't change my overall opinion of him. I know some straw men in this thread are desperately trying to make it look like that I think brady sucks, but obviously that's not true. Good post tho. I'm disappointed but I'm not mad or demanding any firings or anything.
