Please check threads/my posts, I am one of the positive people around here.

But here is where I am completely lost.

So Tom Brady suffers a mild, high ankle sprain (which I think he will be fine from) in Week 17 of a game in which we had:
  • ZERO Offensive Line Play
  • ZERO Creativity in Play Calling
  • ZERO Sense of Urgency
Now BB flips on a reporter who asks why he went back in the game?

Brady going back into the game makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE at all, given the game plan that we had for Miami.

We are lucky that it was just a mild high ankle sprain.

Not the first questionnable move of the season

Because if BB kept him out and remanded him to the locker room, half of New England would have slit their wrists and the first thread to this point on PatsFans.com would be .

BRADY OUT OF GAME: SEASON OVER.

...with 34 subsequent pages of death to BB

A most valid question and one I hope to god at least Jonathan Kraft is reaming Bill out over.

They were concerned about the injury risk of putting Jimmy G. in there, especially since Brady was likely to be more injured the more he was in, making our backup QB more valuable.

he went back in bc he said he was fine i think. staff didnt know he has high ankle sprain at the time

Its funny when everyone on the board expects the pats to be perfect and do exactly as they want to do without knowing what the situation was. Some of the comments are like we are cleveland . Give the coach and staff a benefit of doubt . They are only coming of a SB run, they must know at least a little bit about this, granted not as much as people on this board.

Jonothan Kraft reaming out Bill Belichick?!?!? Puuuuuhlease. Jonathan and his dear old dad should be thanking God every day that they have Belichick as their team's HC. They might want to say a few prayers to Tom Brady while they're at it too.

When and how did Pats fans get the notion that Jonathan is some sort of hardass?

I just thought it was funny when they did not trust Tom to go back out for the final plays ... they knew if he went out there he would try to get the 10 points for the tie ... probably would have been crushed in a sack or two doing it. So they sent Grop out there to do as he was told.

Anyways .. a sliver of humor I saw yesterday on a frustrating day.

Shouldn't really assume it's good to put him back in the game just because Tom says he's fine. Of course he would say that...he's just a ridiculous competitor.

I think he needs to win a few superbowls before he is going to get the benefit of the doubt around here........

I would say it's Big Bob's job; however he is too busy calling up Goodell to apologize Brady did not get injured more severely.
