Ok, this is getting frustrating because I have seen various posts on this subject (one of which mine). I cited Miguel and Over the cap and they originally classified Lewis as a RFA:
"The Pats will have until the start of the 2016 League Year to (sign) these potential RFAs (Josh Kline, James Develin, Dion Lewis, Brian Tyms, Sealver Siliga, and Darius Fleming). The 2015 tenders were $3.354 million for the 1st round tender, $2.356 million for the 2nd round tender, and $1.542 million for original round tenders. The minimum increase is 5%. The maximum increase is 10%"

Now I'm seeing this on Patscap:

Therefore, I should have included Dion Lewis in the 2016 UFA list.

When I looked at NFL.com for Dion's career games played I saw the following:
2011 - 15 games Philadelphia
2012 - 9 games Philadelphia
2013- Placed on IR - 0 games
2014- o games played
2015- lets assume he plays over 6 games for us

Now, unless I'm counting incorrectly, that is 3 accrued seasons (2011, 2012, and including 2015):
"In order to accrue a season, a player must be on (or should have been on) full pay status for six or more regular season games.
As with players earning Credited Seasons, a player can’t accrue seasons if he is on the Exempt Commissioner Permission List, the Reserve PUP List, a team’s practice squad, or the Injured Reserve List.
The following is a list of free agents by Accrued Seasons:

I would appreciate an explanation on this from someone who truly understands it because I can't see why he wouldn't be a RFA next year.
