Just heard,
@NFL and #TomBrady agree to no games, no admission of guilt and $50K for not cooperating. Announcement in court tomorrow.

My inclination is to bet this is a SharksOfVegas-type scenario. I hope he ends up being right, but I doubt he has any actual sources. Probably just trolling. On the bright side, according to his own tweet we'll know if he's legit or not by tomorrow.
thanks for linking. i'm like mort. idk how twitter works

if this guy is right tho... It's so dumb for me to let myself think he could be but whatever

Never heard of him. Time will tell if he's right.

does he have ANY credibility? Go check his tweets
Never heard of him and what he says is so directly contrary to what everyone else is saying (as well as contrary to common sense) that I can't say there's any reason to believe him.

(When I say contrary to common sense, what I mean is a common sense prediction of what the NFL would do - I think his solution is perfectly fair, but common sense also says the NFL would never voluntarily accept it)

you are 100% right, and that's exactly what i thought. but i was just too excited

Isn't that guy incarcerated Bob?

That sounds outrageously implausible. I have a very difficult time believing the NFL would ever agree to that. They might as well take their chances and lose.

If by some chance he is right I'd be quite happy. But doubt it.

no chance. 50K from 4 games. NFL is too arrogant for that crap. Only thing to believe could be that thre maybe a settlement .

This article, and many others, say there probably won't be an agreement. I think the NFL is better off taking their chances with the judge's ruling than agreeing to that.

Wildest rumor on a possible Brady settlement (seems too lopsided, but no reason to doubt except my own cynicism):

I think this guy just posted that to gain followers, some one on twitter noted he gained something like 90k followers in a few hours. I highly doubt any of it's true.

Anyway, the guy isn't even a reporter or tied to sports in any way that I can see. Here's his biography on his company's website:

I believe nothing that comes from twitter.

Twitter's like anything else. Email, talking to some guy on the street, etc. It's all about the source. Some are credible, others aren't

Seems odd that just a few hours ago Brady wasn't going tomorrow because there was no chance of a settlement, now all of a sudden there's one that seems very Brady favorable. ...not buying it.....hope I'm wrong but just can't see with all the stupid stubborn statements that Goddell has made to the public that they would cave this far. But hey I'd be happy to eat my words and finally get excited about the season:)
