It's easy, and only takes a few moments. The real match up is going to be Sharrif Floyd and Linval Joseph (who many wanted the Patriots to sign) against the interior of the Patriots OL. It's an area where the Patriots look horribly outmatched.

Patriots OLine can't double them all. Hopefully they can at least play mistake free and brady can unload the football in a hurry to The big fast WRs KT and Dobson can beat the viking secondary quickly for some big plays intermediate and deep which then opens up the run and short passing game to discourage blitzes and keep Brady upright most of the game. Brady HSS to get his best athletes involved and torch them. They will start doubling Kenbrell and Dobson once they both torch them for a couple plays. Once they respect bigger plays there won't be much blitzing and even if they do things will be open for Edelman and Vereen in short passing game all day. Make the defense commit resources to stop being burned intermediate and deep and show them they aren't just a dink and dunk offense
Fortunately they don't have the same line as Miami, especially anyone that's like Wake, a speed demon off the left edge.
Fortunately, the mismatch is not as bad as last week. Floyd and Joseph are not at the level of Odrick and Starks. Joseph will be tough to move, but they should have an easier time running against this D elsewhere. The pressure will also be more likely to come from blitzing, which should give Brady a better hot read than Gronk and hope.
Nobody is doubling KT or Dobson, not with Gronk and Edelman out there. KT and Dobson also aren't likely to be beating anyone intermediate and deep, if Brady is unloading the football in a hurry. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but your thought process is more fanciful than reasoned.
I think the whole Zimmer thing is being overplayed. Here are the reasons why:
So in other words, Brady's past history vs. Zimmer is useless in looking at Sunday.
- People forget how bad the Patriots offense was in 2003 and that they had five games where they scored 12 or less points that year (four of them wins).
- Plus, both the 2003 Cowboys and 2013 Bengals had stacked defenses.
- In 2003, the Cowboys had the #1 pass defense, #1 overall defense, and #2 scoring defense.
- Last year, Cincy was the #3 overall defense, #5 scoring defense, and #5 passing defense.
- There were freak rain showers in Cincy last year that grounded the Pats' passing game in the fourth quarter.
- I don't think the Vikes' defense this year is as good as either the 2003 Cowboys or 2013 Bengals, but better than the 2010 Bengals.
In that case I would head to Best Buy now if I were you.Im going to break a TV if McDamiels does not start acting right.

Get a nice 3D TV, I heard those are pretty decent. Good Ol' Josh McD, he never fails to disappoint. We are talking about a man who was fist-pumping on the sideline of Mile High like he just won the Super Bowl when his Broncos beat the Patriots in a regular season game in 2009. This is the man who drafted Tebow, in the first round. But what about the 2007 season when the Patriots went on a record breaking offensive tear and Brady broke the single season passing TD record? Surely Josh McD was responsible for a part of that? NO, because that was mostly Randy Moss and the rest was Brady. Remember the '98 Vikings? That was also Randy Moss. Remember how Brian Billick was praised as a offensive genius when the Vikings broke the scoring record in '98 and he was offered the head coaching job for the Ratbirds? Randy Moss got him that job and Randy Moss was the reason Josh McD became the head coach of the Donkeys. Unlike Brian Billick, who had an all-time great defense gifted to him by the football gods and practically won a Super Bowl riding on a defensive unit lead by an alleged murderer. Josh McD never had that kind of fortune and failed miserably as a head coach. In that case I would head to Best Buy now if I were you.
