There seems to be a trend going on with the Bills

The past consecutive 3 games which were all wins have been by making a comeback in the 4th quarter and they have trailed in all of those games heading inside the final 15 minutes

They were getting smashed in the mouth by 2 of the worst teams in football the past 2 weeks in Oakland and the Rams but dug out of the hole entering the 4th Quarters.

I think if the Bills don't find a way to get the game under control and ahead on the scoreboard early like they did in game 1 against Seattle they will start to find out they can't continue this insane trend and will start to see a few losses and that would be good for the Patriots and their fans.

i think its a credit to the young team that it keeps its composure and pullsout the win. rams and oak maybe bad but they are playing hard especially the raiders. they gave SD all they got.
bottomline its a W. the pats didnt fare against the so called one of the worst football teams in the league last week.
we always like to point out flaws in any team which is winning but when someone does it to us they are wrong.
bills are legit IMO and these close games gives them more experience.

I think the Bills win the division and make the playoffs but I am just saying if they trail consistently in games like they are now, it may be harder to win down the road when the games become even more important

The Bills were a good team last year. To many injuries to show how good they were. I don't think that they are good enough to beat the Patriots. Brady or no Brady.

The bills are a fraud. They will show that eventually. Don't be suprised if they go 6-10.

That same Bills team will probably be 1-1 against us.With each game they are gaining confidence that they might just have a shot at this division.

Wow. I'll take that bet.

As for the OP's question, you are your record. It doesn't matter when you score the points either. They have shown they can score them in the 1st or in the 4th.

It's a good team. I know that's threatening to us Pats fan, but 6-10? Please.

If anything it's building confidence in them going forward. I'm sure there's a lot of people who want to believe the Bills aren't for real, but I'm saying they ARE. I predicted it prior to the season, although I still had the Brady-lead Pats winning it all mind you. ;) The defense may be small in stature, but they make up for it with their quickness & ability to create turnovers. So the fact they've been able to make these comebacks only furthers my feeling that they are the new beast in the east! Until Brady comes back & I mean to being the Brady of old, I see the Bills being the front runners for years to come.

good teams win the games they are supposed to win. these are games that the bills have lost for the past 10 years.

Are they a top 5 or 6 team in the League? Probably not.
Are they a playoff team? Definitely.

Last year they went 7-9 with 2 last second losses (Denver, Dalllas) and more players on the IR than any NFL team in several years if I remember correctly.

The AFC east games will be very telling with this team.

we've won like they have for years. its all about the quarterback play. edwards had his worst game yesterday, but did just enough to win. if he continues to improve, they will be pretty good this year. heck if they finish 6-6 they are 10-6, so we have to make sure we beat them when we play them

I agree....I saw the end of their game with the Raiders and I felt like I'd seen it all before. They've got a 2003 New England Patriots feel to them. Not necessarily their style, they're a much better running team than we were that year, but they seem to have that ability to steal victories from the mouth of defeat. I guess it's the attitude or energy I'm sensing. Kind of a refuse to lose and just find a way to win. They're going to be a very tough out for us and looking at their schedule, it's hard to see them winning less than 12 games and perhaps even 14 if things break right for them.

...and remember, when we play them in Foxboro, they'll be trying to avenge that 56-10 shellacking we put on them last season. That's a statement game for them if there ever has been one.

i think "smashed in the mouth" is a bit strong. the Rams were only leading by one score and the Raiders were only scoring because they started pretty much every drive in the Bills' end of the field.

i agree with most everyone else - the bills are for real. however, i also agree with the OP; their style of winning will catch up to them if they don't start playing better in the first half. they have a good defense, but if they encounter a team that can just put up a lot of points in the first half (denver, arizona), then the bills will probably lose.

to the guy who said the bills will go 6-10...are you nuts? they've beaten pretty good teams (seattle isn't a slouch, jacksonville at home is a good team). while they may not have dominated the raiders or the rams, they did beat them. and they've got a lot of easy games coming up as well. are you telling me they're only going to win two games against: kc, san fran, miami twice, the jets twice? no way.

good teams find a way to win, im not taking anything away from the bills.

The Bills have a mammoth Oline. All the way across. And you know that come the 4th quarter, theyre just wearing teams out up front. Theyre maturing a little and healthy. And have been studying NE now for years as to what it takes to win. Looks like theyre figuring it out.
