Katie is a Mass native who is becoming more popular. She hosts a show on FS1 called "Garbage Time" as you saw advertised in the video. You should watch some of her stuff. She's had some very good clips. Her rant on Hardy the week DAL was playing NE was particularly good, I thought.

It was a parody of a "catcalling" video done by a woman a while back where she recording herself walking through NYC for 10 hours. I'm not sure how authentic the video was, but she was bombarded with numerous obscene comments and even had creepy dudes silently follow her for a while. This is just one of many spoofs of that video, and to any who've seen it, it is an obvious joke.
