We need to focus on getting some depth on our O-line. I think our current backups other than Andrews are down right horrible.
Joe Thomas anyone?
If Brady keeps taking these big hits he will not last another season.

We need a big draft and add some skilled players to our O-Line, maybe add another deep threat receiver because LaFell digressed so much.

What if.....our 3 rookies on O-line become 2nd year players, improve their technique, strength and understanding of the playbook?

OT depth is still a major concern. Solder is coming off an injury, Cannon has to go, and I'm not exactly sold on Fleming or Waddle.

The OL has to be the #1 need to be addressed this offseason. At times they have looked pretty good, and have done so with a bunch of young guys. But then they look abysmal and it's frightening to watch.

If Solder and Vollmer are healthy at the tackle spots, I think the interior of the line is in good shape next year with Mason, Andrews, Stork, and Jackson handling things in some rotation. But it would be good to get a stud interior guy and another solid tackle. Cannon does have to go. He's just not that good.

LaAdrian Waddle looked real good the last time we all saw him alot better than those two garbage Tackles that played yesterday. Waddle should be our RT in two weeks and hopefully in the SB.

I think we need a deep threat, a snipah, a puck movin' defensemin, a centah who can block shots, a front-line statah and a hard-throwin' closah.

Its the same thing every year...

waddle should be LT and allow vollmer to play his natural RT spot.

Fine with me as long as Marcus Cannon and Cameron Flemming are somewhere in the stands they shouldn't be on a Football field.

Shore up the o-line, get a good to great every down running back, and for gods sakes get a true #2 corner. They do that and they'll have the best roster in the league. And a top 5 defense.

Waddle may replace Cannon next year (especially given the cap hits), but I'm amazed at how quickly people have assumed he's an obvious upgrade. We've seen 37 snaps with the Pats, sandwiched between getting cut and getting hurt. If we judged every player on his last 37 snaps, then post-Texans week would have been spent talking about how much of a bargain Cannon is.

1. Keep Amendola. Lack of quality depth at WR has been exposed of late.

2. Prioritise signing one or two FA WR's. I want Marvin Jones and then maybe one of Hankerson/Brandon Gibson for some decent depth. LaFell's problems might be a lingering result of his injury and his performance might be excusable but we needed him this season and he hasn't really shown up.

3. Draft a running RB and an OT with two of our first three picks if the value is there.

4. Show patience with our interior OL.

5. Draft a WR with size who can get deep on day three or go with Dobson for another year.

6. Aside from renewing contracts and maybe LB and CB depth, we don't really need to address defense. This off-season needs to be about addressing offensive depth.

7. Not necessarily a need but I have a hankering for Braxton Miller as a versatile offensive weapon.

I was never enormed with Marcus Cannon I have always felt he was slow footed and we have seen that too many times this year. Cannon plays terribly even with help...that should tell you.

Marvin Jones knows how to catch a deep ball unlike you know who. IF we cannot get him I would settle for M Sanu. Never thought I would ever say this but Discount Double Catch Dobson would be an upgrade over LaFell right now.

in looking to add players, i think we should look to add guys with 99 injury ratings in Madden

I kind of think Belichick let personal feelings get in the way with Marcus Cannon which led to the contract extension. He, rightly so, admired his courage and resilience coming back from cancer to play football and may have taken those intangibles above his talent level. Kind of like Bruschi during his final years. This just didn't work out.

BUT CAN ANYONE OF THOSE RUSH THE GOD DAMN PASSER?

You would never say that because it is incorrect to say that.

They had oline depth in August, problem is that depth is either retired, injured, or on IR....
