It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Colts fans should be on cloud nine right now...they'll have an excuse for the beatdown they are going to get next sunday night. I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but I thought about it yesterday...it's too much of a coincidence the Colts get extra time to prepare for the Patriots game.
Who did they sign for a backup if Hasselbeck goes down again?
Honestly, if Luck has a (even slight) separated shoulder, I would not be playing him. I guess that's just tough/bad luck. And nobody wishes this on anyone. However, after the fact, teams have to deal with it. Nobody wants to hear this/that player was not on the field. In fact, there is no column in the standing that lists players who were/not on the field for the said games. Ergo, pointing that out- as an excuse -typically falls on deaf ears. After all, when teams have all their players in attendance, they (can) still lose.
In my opinion, the Colts might be without their #1 QB this year. I am wondering if they will play for draft picks...like they did to get Luck; play to lose. That would be overly ironic.
Matt Hasselbeck will start at quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night when they visit the Houston Texans, according to a league source.
