Obviously, the league doesn't have much confidence in their case
Agreed. Doesn't he trust the so called "Evidence" ?

Can you elaborate on what "drop the cheating charge" means?Speculation from Albert on Comcast is that Goodell may offer Brady a deal and reduce to 2 games for not cooperating and drop the cheating charge. Bet that will taste reeeeeeeeeeeeal good after Tom has been smeared from coast to coast over the past week and going forward for being a cheater.
Hope Tom does not take any deal....make it all or nothing Tom.
Of course he won't. A 2 game difference is nothing compared to the slander Brady has undergone. Either it's all reversed or it goes to court.Speculation from Albert on Comcast is that Goodell may offer Brady a deal and reduce to 2 games for not cooperating and drop the cheating charge. Better watch out! If Goodell gets shot tomorrow and Wells is on the case, he'll find it's `more probable than not` that Chiuba E. Obele was responsible!
WHY DID HE POST THAT GIF IF HE'S SO INNOCENT, HUH?
This pretty much ensures Brady will have to take the NFL to court and will probably miss the 4 games while waiting for that to take place.
Right??

No. The suspension will be delayed until the matter is settled. This pretty much ensures Brady will have to take the NFL to court and will probably miss the 4 games while waiting for that to take place.

Who didn't see this coming? Like I said this is Goodells finest moment. No way in hell he is let it slip away. All those counter claims by Bradys lawyers are complete useless now, at least in the appeal process anyway.
The smart move would have been to send it away because Roger could deny he was involved with the complaint, the investigation, the report and the punishment. Now he can't.Like i posted before, goodell is drawn to making poor decisions like a moth is drawn to a flame, its like he can't help himself. He will reduce it to two and brady will bring it to court and crush goody like a bug. I actually like this, i get to watch goodell get embarrassed, and maybe fired.
