2015 Draft Prospect Thread

Interesting on twitter that the NFL Network are reporting that the Seahawks are planning on moving on from Marshawn Lynch and that three separate decent pundits are reporting that the Seahawks are taking a hard look at Melvin Gordon. And while it's nothing more than speculation on my part, I can see the Rams drafting Gurley (Fisher always drafts talent and upside). It certainly wouldn't surprise me to see the two best RBs in the draft go into the NFC West.
Gurley and Mason is quite a duo, my top RB from their respective classes, STL needs a QB however, and a legitimate WR

Jake Locker and Dorial Green-Beckham/Sammie Coates?

Gurley had an injury yesterday but I don't know how serious.

I saw a Locker to STL comment previously, is that a rumor or just a thought? I'd like to see STL either stick with Bradford or take either Winston or Marcus, a lot of QBs will be on the move this offseason

Schaub, Vick, Glennon, Locker, Hoyer, Manziel, Geno, Sanchez, Cutler, I'd personally love to see McCarron and Murray dealt and get a starting role somewhere

Pumped for the offseason after our SB

I suggested it previously and it's nothing more than speculation on my part. He sort of fits the NFC West type of QB and will only most certainly be available and has upside, something that Jeff Fisher seems to like. Cutler is another interesting one - some speculation that he could be traded. Fisher doesn't really concern himself with character issues.

I truthfully don't think Cutler will be dealt but if he is, TB is interesting, with Lovie and Evans and ASJ, Sims in the backfield, and guys like David, McCoy, Johnson, Verner, and Banks on D

I really thought Lovie would succeed this year and maybe even have a shot at a playoff spot but they really disappointed me

I also saw rumours about the Bears liking Glennon so that would make sense. I love the potential talent on the Bucs, they drafted a few players I really like and whilst Cutler is limited mentally, he might be the catalyst to up the Bucs a level or two. But, for now, the Bucs are the highest picking QB needy team so maybe they'll prefer Mariota. I know I would.

I just can't see the Rams sticking with Bradford after he has spent the last 2 seasons on IR. With all the draft picks that they got from the RG 3 trade they've got to start winning soon if the coaches and front office are to stay.

Sucks for Gurley that he got injured. Best thing for him would have been a full season suspension. I feel like players coming back mid season after missing a couple of games often get injured. Probably because they aren't in football shape, and the opponents are hitting their midseason form. Feels pretty stupid to give someone who hasn't played for a few weeks 29 carries.

Just to add to Marinlink's post, Todd Gurley has torn his ACL. Gronk all over again if he falls to us?

That's just sad. The mickey-mouse suspension wouldn't have affected his draft stock, and might have helped him have "fresh legs", but now he's torn his ACL, and fairly late in the year. Ouch.

I'm not sure if this is true, but apparently the Bucs perfer Winston to Mariota. I honestly don't see why the Bears would want Glennpm, he puts up good stats, but his pocket presence is awful and he has some serious mechanical and accuracy issues. I wouldn't be suprised if the Bears took Shane Carden or even Bryce Petty; both players have the arm strength to play in the Windy City.

Sucks for Gurkey. His stock will most definitely drop now. I've been saying it for the last few weeks, but he should have sat out. There was no reason for him to be playing yesterday.

Mike Evans and Odell Beckham. Wow!

And credit to the 49ers draft in adding Borland and Aaron Lynch

Winston is going to be a **** show. There is something not right about that kid in the head and not in a good way.

I would be all for Gurley if he drops.
As would I, kid could have been in NFL back in 2012 based on skill, I'd love to grab him at #32 although I doubt that happens

Which is why I want NYJ to make him the next great NYJ bust, like I wanted them to take Johnny last year

Gurley can be the elite RB TB12 has never had
