Joker can I tell you how out of line you are right here, you sound like a childish fool. I am actually embarrassed for you and feel bad that this back and forth has you reacting like a 12-year-old bully on the school bus calling people names. If you would like to continue to humiliate yourself for all to see please proceed.

Also if you would like to wager the so called BS let me know, cause you are wrong and you know you’re wrong otherwise you would not be having a temper tantrum like my son when I take his iPad away.

I am actually at a loss for words, I really thought you were better than this, I held you in high regard and this is completely unexpected, guess you could call me disappointed.

what am I out of line about, Al Capone? YOU posted total BS and I called you on your pontificating. I am posting FACTS in this thread. Here's a tip, genius. I have close family working RIGHT NOW in both the ACI, the Intake and MCI Cedar Junction. I'm so humiliated that you are full of bull it's killing me. Only one solution...buh bye.

I really don't know what these urinary olympics are about.

Hernandez is in solitary confinement, for his own protection, which is evidently rather similar to solitary confinement as a punitive measure.

If I'm wrong about what I said before, it's because a prison, when he gets there, might not feel the need to put him in protective custody solely over his celebrity status. But otherwise, the differences between jail and prison in this instance seem much less significant than the similarities.

Simmer down boys - the draft is right around the corner.

They also allow smoking, which is extremely rare for county jails anymore.

I thought that Massachusetts had outlawed the death penalty.

I did not BS anything in my post whatsoever and as I said, we can wager on it if you would like.

I do not know all of the jails and prisons by name but I am pretty sure that the ones you named are all prisons so I am not surprised that you do not know the difference between pretrial blocks and the rest. They do not house pretail inmates in prisons they only house them in county jails or pretrial facilities.

At the end of the day though Joker even if I am wrong and you are right or the other way around, why do you have to flip out and be so confrontational why couldn’t you just explain why you think I am wrong nicely and try and educate me if you are so confident that you are right and I am wrong? Flipping out like I did something to you or was giving you a hard time is totally uncalled for, it is disrespectful to me and it is disrespectful to Ian and the moderators who ask us all to commit to a certain level of conduct in here, and calling others morons and idiots does not exactly fall in line with that conduct level.

I am sorry if what I said in my original post upset you, it was not my intent, and I am offering an olive branch by apologizing here to avoid any future animosity.

There's PC wings in every prison I've ever encountered, Fencer. I doubt Ahern would ever go PC upon conviction. PC is a horrible way to do long time. First off, it's got the same rules as a high security wing. 23 hours lockdown. Limited visits. He's not going to ever entertain anything like that. Right now he HAS to await trail in PC because Hodgson wants it that way.

I expect , as almost everybody does, that he'll be convicted. If the murder counts stick, he's bound for Cedar Junction. He's a Latin King. They have a rather large clique of Kings there and a significant Hispanic population. He'll clique up, use his resources to establish whatever base of influence he can, and live out his gangster lifestyle. The Mass. prison CAN determine him to be a disruptive influence and ship him out of state under the interstate compact agreement.

After this is all over the next thing we'll hear about him is he stabbed somebody up or got hit himself...or else we all be mostly passed on by the time he hits the streets an old man

Do you NOT read the posts you reply to? I EXPLICITLY posted a factual account of a known murderer being re-arrested and sent to Intake to await trail. The Intake Service Center IS the jail in RI and the Bristol House of Corrections IS jail in Mass. I'll tell you ONE MORE TIME. I know what I am talking about because I have FAMILY currently working state prison AND Intake in RI and Mass. I KNOW the range of offenders housed in the BCHoC from experience. You keep trying to "win" an argument that doesn't exist.

I just read back and saw it but I did not reply to that post. It appears I'm wrong. You know more about jail and prison than me. I'm ok with that but I really don't think it had to unfold like this. You could have just said why I was wrong and I would have said thanks for the explanation.

I'm not an unreasonable guy Joker, I try and show everyone a level of respect, I know I post a lot and I am opinionated but I do not have insincere intention and it is not personal. I enjoy good conversation and I enjoy learning even more, I embrace the times I am wrong for that reason, I just like an explanation so I understand the why.

Anyway like I said before I am sorry if I upset you it was not my intentions and I hope that we can move forward as forum friends :)

I was thinking the same thing when I realized I was asserting my knowledge of prison... WTF is wrong with me..

I don't think he will do his time in PC. Hernandez will be fine in prison he will kill a fellow inmate first week and spend his day shooting hoops lifting weights and getting jail house tattoos. Let's be honest football cost him 5 years of his destiny otherwise he would have been there at 18.

I'm pretty sure he isn't facing the real prison thugs yet. He is in Bristol County Jail.

Lol at everyone in that other Sharper thread circlejerking to the idea that any NFL player would be someone's girl in prison.

We had this discussion when Hernandez was arrested and most posters stated that if they had to go to prison would want to be in general population.

But general population scares me.

I've seen Oz... and I don't want to be Oz-raped.

Solitary confinement for me please.

Kindof sounds like HBO’s Hard Knocks meets Shawshank Redemption – except Aaron ain’t no Andy.

Heck – I’d still pay money to HBO to see that. If the government had any brains they’d just throw him in general and put the Hernandez Cam out as a pay per view once he's convicted. ;)

We’d cover the millions in taxpayer dollars its going to take to try and house this guy, be able to offer some restitution to the victims, and maybe earn some needed revenue.

If the government thought like me there would be no problems. (Stay tuned for Part II of my wisdom – “Just Put a Bigger Parachute on the Plane Itself!” )

If that's the case, you might not want to kick Hernandez in the nuts. ;)

What's that old saying from Muhammad Ali?

"Kick like a girl, run like Tom Brady?"

When Hernandez' letter about this incident eventually gets leaked, it should be entertaining.

More tattoos??? How much more can he get???
