No, it doesn't appear to be yet.
Clayton reported yesterday morning that the Pats were about $19.1 million under the cap, obviously not including the Thomas or Brady signings. I'm not sure if it includes the cap effects of the Heath Evans signing, or the few escalator clauses/incentives that were reached with Caldwell, Wilson, Warren, and Scott.

Miguel has the Pats at $13.3 under without the cap effects of the Thomas or Evans signings, but with the effects of the Brady singing and the escalators. That number will increase to about $16 million under.
Did I miss something ? I thought we were in the mid to high $20Ms in cap space ?Miguel has the Pats at $13.3 under without the cap effects of the Thomas or Evans signings, but with the effects of the Brady singing and the escalators. That number will increase to about $16 million under.

I wonder how this money factors in with the salary increases to Caldwell,
Scott, Warren, and Wilson just subtracted from our salary cap by Miguel?
As a best case scenario those raises may have been taken into account in
the $3,871,580 adjustment. What I'm thinking is maybe the LTBE bonuses
minus the salary increases is $3,871,580.
