NFL Week Two Games

Just posted the scoring #'s for the AFC teams in the 1st half in another thread...who would have thought NE's 13 points would be considered a juggernaut

You could also take those very same stats and conclude that the NFC defenses are really bad in comparison to AFC defenses.

NFC Points Allowed
24
24
24
21
13
7
3
3
0
Average of 14 points allowed in the 1st half

AFC Points Allowed
0
6
7
10
10
17
17
Average of 9.6 points allowed in the 1st half
(8.9 points allowed if Thursday's first half is included)

The very same statistics can be made to make either conference look good, or either conference look bad depending on what one is attempting to prove.

Looking at when your WR list entered the NFL, same number as Brady

Yeah and in that time Brady has had the likes of Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez, and Randy Moss a couple years at his disposal. You think he was happier then or from 2001-2004 when the top playmakers were Troy Brown, Deion Branch, David Givens, and David Patten?

Having a superstar playmaker WR isn't the most important thing

What is it you want to trade ? And why would another team trade their good players to you because you want tom brady to have weapons. The pats have not hit on their WR draft picks and have never developed many so they are suffering for it because of the missing TEs. Our current yr is kind of unique to this team. Blame them for not developing WRs like the packers have. Just throwing out "make a trade" has no meaning without trade details. Takes two teams to make a trade.

A pick, no team is holding out against us as we always picks and respect from owners.

There is endless solutions before waiting for these busts to ruin Brady's career.

He has solid receivers, and the o-line is always trashed while ours get praise, but its not that big of a gap. We need receivers, waiting for health and growth isn't the answer Brady's late career.

Lets not forget that Rodgers is the best long ball passer in the league. Our guy...not so much

Ok.Give me a trade scenario. Just dont throw out 'pick'. Would you trade Gronk for a 2 picks right now to a needy team ?

At this point we need guys to catch, period, our D might be real or not but our QB is getting old.

We can be homers here, but the facts are facts, 9 years since a SB I can't lie to myself anymore.

TD san diego. 10 more mins to 4th Q when they start blowing their lead.

Is this English?

There should be a 'high school diploma' requirement to register on PatsFans.com. This $h1t is getting ridiculous.

This is stupid, I am drinking and watching ball, I will deal with class tomorrow. About to receive my bachelors at Bridgewater, aiming for doctorate, way to be an ******* and ignore my point. Every year you guys make excuses and it never pans out, the team needs help.

9 Years. wow. Thats like forever. Ok , give a solution. Please, just some hypothetical trade scenario.

Did you read my post? In those 9 years - Randy Moss (greatest WR single seaseon ever), Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez... I'd say they all could catch pretty well. Yeah this season's been unfortunate with the Ahern situation and the injuries to Gronk/DA/Vereen but what can you do stuff happens. If the situation is still this bad in 2014, or shoot even 2 months from now maybe we can feel horrible for Brady.

TD ravens. And the browns fight might have ended.

I am not talking trading Gronk, lets not act like bad teams with poor management isn't available. I won't list guys because there is an excuse for all of them, they are too old, too dumb, too troubling etc. So we should settle for bums. In a few weeks a lot of horrible teams will be looking for picks and we will cheap out.

Sorry for upsetting you guys, I expected to be attacked for not being happy with that horrible win.

Washington needs to just book a flight home. they are a mess.

Lots of homework in 'Algebra I' and 'Social Studies'?

So I accept this, and will not complain until 2014, when I expect the same damn thing to happen yet again.

At least my picks and fantasy numbers are solid today.

You're not being attacked for not being happy. You're being attacked for making claims and then not backing them up. There are far fewer reasonable trade suggestions than you claim, and you seem to know it.

Who?! Give us names and a trade scenario. Even better... send them to BB. Send your Bridgewater transcript and your grammar-****fest of a resume to Kraft. They'll hire you straight away...

Ok give an example. Dont chicken out now because you dont have an example. Which team with poor management and bad team will trade a pick. Come on. Dont talk crap without backing up. I would love for a hypothetical scenario to work provided you can give one. Just saying "trade a pick" is not worth anything without a post.
You dont give a single example and claim "we will cheap out". The gronk trade was an example in case you didnt follow. Why would a team trade its best player ?
