You must be mistaken, Kordell clearly said the wrong team won the AFCCG.

As a Broncos fan, I'm certainly pleased.
Quick hits:
--Our running game will only be decent once our passing game is established. Eventually Montee Ball could be a threat, but for now, Knowshon is reliable for a few yards and Hillman is dangerous in open space--but neither of them are great RBs.
--The fact that we don't have a great RB seems like it could be irrelevant. Baltimore's defense looked awful tonight, don't get me wrong, but I think at worst they're an AVERAGE defense. There are definitely worse defenses than them, which is scary
--I've been a huge fan of Julius Thomas for a while. He's still kind of a project, but he's got a ton of potential and you can see why. Team's will now have to account for him, but there's only so much you can do against someone that physical, big and athletic. The best part about him? He's an EXCELLENT pass blocker.
--When was the last time (has it ever happened before?) that 3 WR had 2 TDs in a game?
--Peyton's arm strength: I don't think it's much worse than last year. Remember, he looked like crap from an arm strength perspective all year. It matters, but only so much; a smart QB knows his strengths and weaknesses and adjusts for them. Peyton does just that. I have no doubt it'll cost him a few INTs during the season, but if he plays like he did tonight we'll be just fine.
--Our defense will be fine. Baltimore's O also sucks, but the run D looked fantastic (way better than expected) and while our pass rush wasn't great, it looks like we can figure it out without Von for now. When he's back (and when Champ is healthy) our D could very well be top 10 in the league again.
--Ultimately, all that matters is the Super Bowl, but as I'm sure you all know quite well, it makes the next few months a lot more enjoyable when your team can put up performances like that.
Can't wait to be at Gillette wearing my Wes Welker Pats jersey in a few months!
Get ready to hear the never ending. This is why the broncos are SB favorites

You can write it down now: The Broncos will be playing in this year's Super Bowl. That's obvious because they just whipped the Ravens without even having a team that was functioning at its best
Dude, it begin last night with a article at EsPN front page
NFL Peyton Manning is super, man - ESPN
It shouldn't bother me, but goddamn it no words can explain this Manning love fest.
A article in the NFL site also suggest that these Broncos can be better then that once in a lifetime team 07 Patriots
You're going to experience the same problem the Patriots had for the past couple years. When you really need to run the ball, against quality defenses, the running game will fall apart. You'll grow one dimensional and the QB will have too much of a burden to carry. As a Broncos fan, I'm certainly pleased.

When you let guys walk into the endzone uncovered 3 times, you're not an average defense. They'll get better as the season goes but at this point they are just a plain awful defense.--The fact that we don't have a great RB seems like it could be irrelevant. Baltimore's defense looked awful tonight, don't get me wrong, but I think at worst they're an AVERAGE defense. There are definitely worse defenses than them, which is scary
Looked like a stud--I've been a huge fan of Julius Thomas for a while. He's still kind of a project, but he's got a ton of potential and you can see why. No idea--When was the last time (has it ever happened before?) that 3 WR had 2 TDs in a game?
He got away with quite a few floaters.--Peyton's arm strength: I don't think it's much worse than last year. Remember, he looked like crap from an arm strength perspective all year. If you think the run d looked better than expected, you're going to have a disappointing season.--Our defense will be fine. Baltimore's O also sucks, but the run D looked fantastic (way better than expected) and while our pass rush wasn't great, it looks like we can figure it out without Von for now. When he's back (and when Champ is healthy) our D could very well be top 10 in the league again.
Game thoughts because I am bored. Disclaimer: This is the first game and observations from the first week of the season can be very deceiving and not what ends up happening for the season:
[*]Manning will be elite for a few more years because of his smarts, but they gotta be concern about his arm strength. No matter what the media say, his arm strength is even worse than last year. If he is throwing so many ducks in early September, how will his arm be in January?
First time posting in the thread. Sorry I can't read 86 pages.
I thought Peyton looked great. He has a whole fleet of weapons. This MAY even be better than what he had in Indy. Don't get me wrong, I have a huge amount of respect for Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne, and Clark used to be decent, but J Thomas, D Thomas, Welker and Decker are probably giving him a lot more room to throw than he had in Indy.
That being said, Peyton threw a TD in the 4th to go up 42-17, then another TD with 5 minutes left. I absolutely do not blame him for doing so. I think you need to do this.
But I haven't hard anyone in the media talk about Manning running up the score. Brady used to get pulled in the 3rd qtr. in 2007 with the game at 51-17 and people would complain about his throwing TDs in the 3rd qtr.
Where's the outrage now?
The last touchdown was on a bubble screen that went 78 yards, when the score was 42-27. How's that running up the score?

It's not. Did you even read my post?
