Actually, he's quite right in this case. When someone who is being pressed for evidence responds by telling the inquirer to go find it themselves, it's nearly always a dead giveaway.

Is he just mean and hates everyone? How would I know. What I do know - is that he is a member of the retired Patsfan.com Fan Club and he must feel that being a part of this club entitles him to rule the board.

That would be one guess. He acts like he is entitled to confront who he wants and when he wants and my other guess is that because he perceives status on this board that he feels like he is never wrong either and anyone that he feels that he interacts with is always wrong because no answer to him is correct.

The media got a lot right...the timing of some reports was off but incomplete coverage does not equate to being baseless as to AH's involvement in the murder. I didn't see any reporters proclaim that AH did it prior to yesterday.

Granted their nauseating helicopter feeds and stalking of AH at the gas station was TMZ like and silly but again they got a lot right.

I agree that everyone was shocked but more than a few people did imply he may be the killer just based on those much maligned media reports. That didn't make the subsequent arrest any less shocking. The moment the media reported AH
destroyed the tapes I thought "wow he probably did it". Not a prediction but it my mind it was a reasonable inference.

I may be in the minority but in my view many of the media critics on this forum were killing the messenger for the message.

And they got a lot wrong. The information they put out was vague, confused and often contradictory. They didn't do a great job piecing together a complete picture because they were to busy trying to get a scoop. As such, it was easy to lose faith in their reports and wait until an official statement was made. Stop trying to make it seem likely they were unjustly criticized. Their jobs are to report facts. When they do a bad job of reporting those facts then the criticisms are fair.

Further, your basic by the gut inference that "he probably did it" was the equivalent of guessing the number of marbles in the jar. It was a guess, you were the closest and you won! Congratulations! I have no idea what you think you won or what you feel you are entitled to but you did it!

So? Put him in in place. Show him you are not going to be pushed around. What is this? If someone got in my grill here I can assure you they would think twice about doing it again. If you think he is such a bully then fight back and show a backbone. He may respect you more or leave you alone.

Yep - I do too Pat and I know for fact that there were a number of regular Patsfan.com users who were making claims about individual posters like myself that statements were made on the Hernandez threads that were never made.

Frankly - it is unfortunate and it should have never happened but at least you know who you don't want to deal with on these boards in the long-term, especially when the season rolls around - Thank God.

Ironically - Deus was the first person that I knew is someone that I wasn't going to have to deal with because of how he treats people around here.

It doesn't matter because in the end - he is what he is and I hope that people are getting wise to him and his attitude toward others as a know-it-all.

I would think you would want to put that thread behind you as soon as possible. I remember you making a bunch of arguments about semantics and throwing around numerous insults. You didn't exactly cover yourself in glory.
