Again, here is seems is another situation where the whiners on this forum are angry about AH and the future of their football team. So instead of doing what most normal adults would do which is wait for some facts, its better to cry and whine how guilty AH is. Of course now these posters are going to want AH TO be 100% guilty in order to do the old "I told you so"

I always thought there should be a whiners board here. I am a homer, I read enough whining from the press . I like to enjoy a victory by the pats

I am doing nothing of the sort. I am responding to what will happen IF HE IS INNOCENT, which is the qualification YOU made.

You are wishing he is innocent. I am too. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.

I said written/issued... as in written OR issued. And there would still be a difference between those two, and EXECUTED.

LOL.... I guess a whole CREW that was instructed to quote-on-quote 'SCRUB' the place, is part of the weekly cleaning gig... especially in the late evening hours.

And it's YOU'RE not your.... fix your grammar before you attempt to argue with someone intelligently, will you?

Maybe Lloyd wasn't even killed after all.... Why should we believe that part either? Right?

Dude, you're either AH himself, or just severely delusional and in extreme denial. Lay off whatever you're smoking.... the guy is implicated. The sooner you realize that, the lesser the eventual shock will be. ;)

Not to nitpick, but I think the proper grammar is "Quote, Unquote". Just saying. ;)

It's not a fantasy.

It's a legal concept that I agree with completely.

But legal concepts are different than "things that I personally think" which I understood to be the crux of the thread.

You are confusing logic with trial by media. He is guilty, I read an opinion piece on yahoo.:)

Hernandez in a white Bronco driven by Tebow heading for Canada

Hernandez in a white Bronco driven by Tebow heading for Canada!

:bricks:

Sorry, I had to use that joke. Unless it happens then I'm breaking news.:D

Laugh at it. What else you gonna do?

Re: Hernandez in a white Bronco driven by Tebow heading for Canada

I chuckled, not bad :)

Re: Hernandez in a white Bronco driven by Tebow heading for Canada

Who is the white Bronco? Manning or Welker?

Re: Hernandez in a white Bronco driven by Tebow heading for Canada

I saw this joke somewhere on the internet two days ago except is was Gronk driving instead of Tebow.

Re: Hernandez in a white Bronco driven by Tebow heading for Canada

Ok pretty funny ;)

It's a funny joke, and I guffawed at it.......

.....the first time on the site that it was used on Wednesday.....then the second.....then the third....fourth...fifth....

Had to do a merge. Hope you understand. ;)

He, nor you, or anyone else has to wish anything.

Innocent until proven guilty, so that makes him.........

He's allowed to have whatever opinion he wants about Aaron's guilt. "Innocent until proven guilty" only applies to the courts.

But I'm also allowed to have the opinion that it's premature to assume anything until facts and not 'reports' start coming to light.

Well the courts are the people that actually matter, the court of public opinion, not so much.

The poll needs to be more specific. It asks for "Your prediction for the outcome and your personal wishes on this mess:"

Well do you want my prediction or my personal wishes? Because I assure you those 2 answers are quite different.

In terms of the law, you're right. In terms of football, I'm not so sure. For example, I think the court of public opinion weighed very heavily into Goodell's factoring when he gave Vick the punishment he did. . . .

I would tend to agree with you, I also believe that the NFL post bounty gate is a very different place than it was then. Especially concerning the disciplinary powers our beloved Ommisioner actually has.

You are wishing he is innocent. I am too. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.

Of course you know that is not my position at all.
My position has been that we do not know the facts. I have said at least half a dozen times he may have been the shooter.
Those jumping to conclusions are the ones saying he is guilty, so most of my comments are on the other side. If most of the conclusion jumping was that he did not, I'd be discussing what points to his guilt.

I your case, I am discussing that your statement that if he did nothing wrong he will still be suspended. You are wrong and trying to twist my opinion into something it isn't won't change that.
My comments to you have been with the presumption of innocence that YOU stipulated.

Ok....let me rephrase.....Vick was barred from the Falcons facility pending the outcome of his indictment.....he was then suspended

The reality remains that Goodell call the shot on the Personal conduct Policy........which is not the basis of the Saints situation.

In other words, Yes Andy you are right that was not correct.

Almost as funny as your prayers

If you keep saying the wrong thing, it doesnt become right.
You and I are discussing discipline IF HE DID NOTHING.
None of my comments to you have anything to do with whether he did something or not, just the consequences if he did not.
