So, who do we root for next week in Pittsburgh v. Cinci, since we probably get the winner?

The chance of bye is a huge blow to our SB chances. One less game and one less road game until the AFCCG. Denver has to like its chances now.

There might be a difference between 5 and 6. Plus, a 3 seed gives you a better chance to host the AFCCG. I wouldn't say the Colts or Ravens beating Houston is out of the question.

Even a 4 seed can host the AFCCG (6 beats 3, then 6 beats 1 and 4 beats 2).

But admittedly the 3 is a better route (3 beats 2, 4/5 beats 1).

Im not going to focus on all of the drops etc. I want to talk about the little things that can be fixed. Lloyd was awesome for the most part and I want another him on the other side.

Here's an easy fix- bench kyle love. He has done basically nothing all season.

Immediately take marquice cole off punt returns. All season opposing gunners breeze by him and are right in front of our returner. Even on some of edelman's td returns, he had to dodge cole's man right away.

I would strongly consider signing malcolm williams back to the active roster for his special teams alone.

how is this a "huge blow!!!"...c'mon with the theatrics...the best team usually wins in the playoffs...I like the Pats anywhere...and tell that "huge blow" story to the 2007 and 2011 Giants

That was just a great game, period. It was a joy to watch us come back like that. Fought til the bitter end. Now THAT'S entertainment.

SF's D was as advertised. Those guys are monsters, but they definitely got gassed in the second half.

GREAT adjustments on both offense and defense at halftime. I knew we still had hope because of that possibility, and the coaching staff didn't disappoint.

I think Brady deserves the MVP, when you consider that our running game has been sputtering, and his lack of big, physical downfield targets. But I'm obviously biased.

nbc moved it to their sports channel. They also had it online i belive

Yeah, I should have said the 3 seed preserves a realistic chance of hosting the AFCCG. It is pretty rare to have a 4 seed host, although the Cardinals actually hosted as a 5 seed a couple years ago I think.

One of the few free agents I really wanted to see added. Lucky for us he only signed a 1 year deal. Maybe after what BB saw tonight he'll take a flyer in the offseason?

Tell me about it Joker. We are too dramatic about winning the 'ship as easy as possible with a No. 1 seed. We had those opportunities twice and failed. I'd rather we fight for the title. I don't think any team in the NFL is better than us. But you give it up 4 times, you're probably gonna lose.

Arrington keeps costing this team games and ultimately a possible SB berth. How does he keep garnering playing time? Can they please close the book on this guy

Because Dennard was hurt, put him at nickel slot and hes a different player.

The Pats won 2 of their super bowls without being the number 1 seed, they can still be 1 or 2, chances are low but I like this team against anyone wherever they play.
