From what little I caught of the announcing tonight,they weren't too bad-mostly bashing KC's offense,Trent Green,and the decision to keep him in rather than gushing over indiee. Maybe there's hope for the rest of the media.:bricks:

nope there isnt ..i can picture salisbury screaming ..colts SB favorites, manning is the 'true' mvp..bob sanders physical D. of course if the cowboys win tonite he will change his ideas again

Since SD is the number one seed and the Colts three, wouldn't the winner of the Patriots Jets game as the number four seed or wildcard team get the Chargers? (and yes, I know we're going to win, but I just don't want to jinx us)

Good question. Unbelivably lousy effort all the way around. This is what lost the game for KC, not the fact that Indy played well. No blocking for LJ, no protection for Green. Wonder what Jacksonville must be thinking, after they gashed this defense and how badly KC is sucking in all offensive phases of the game.

I really hope this ends the "Trent Green is a good QB" nonsense I've been hearing for years. His nickname is TrInt Green for a reason. Just because he got a tremendous offensive line, running back and tight end to work with and managed to put up a few 4,000 yard seasons working off of play-action (while throwing all the time because the Chiefs defense sucked), does not make him a good quarterback. He never won crap, and usually flamed out in big games. He's always been shaky at best, and picked on weak defenses, like a poor, poor man's Manning. End this nonsense now.
