"Another player repeated the claim, an indication that perhaps the young pass-catchers aren’t sharp. On one missed pass, it appeared Brady overthrew Gronkowski.
Yet, the rookie tight end rounded off his route in the flat, changing the target and finishing at the wrong spot. Just one example of Branch’s request to “be at the right depth when Tom is ready to throw the ball."
Is that why Deion Branch came back?? So he could make excuses for his boy??
We all saw the play Deion. Tom Brady was under zero pressure, Mr. Gronk was wide open, is a huge target and it was on Gronk that Brady overthrew him because he rounded his route?? Come on.....
Brady's critics have always said he's a system QB. Maybe they're right after all. Apparently Brady throws to locations rather than receivers even when there is no need for a quick timing route because there is no pressure on him and no tight coverage on the receiver. He rounded his route?? How about the QB simply thowing the ball to the wide open receiver rather than throwing to a location? Or is that too much improv for Mr. Brady??
