But the next week he tried it again and got picked by Miami in a critical situation....... if I recall.

Ok, Captain Buzzkill... Positive memories only, please!

Remember that time he went 9 and 9 in the playoffs and lost a superbowl to the saints by thowing a pick at crunch time...oh wait...

I loved the record-breaking TD against the Giants in 07. They tried it once, it went incomplete, and then basically got back in the huddle and said "Screw it, we're trying that again." It was probably the last thing the Giants were expecting.

That was a completely different play from the previous attempt to Moss.

The second (successful one) was intended to be short over the middle to Welker. Brady pumps, sees the overplay on Welker and then whips it downfield to Moss who was running a different pattern from the previous play and wasn't even the primary look on that play.

There was no "screw it, we're trying it again".

It was still a sweet sequence of events.

I like the time that he singlehandedly crushed Anthony Smith's spirit. I also liked the TD to Patten at the end of the first half in our first super bowl that gave us a 14-3 lead. That was right around when I thought "damn, we're actually going to win this."

Brady was around in 1985? No wonder people think hes too old. ;)

This season; Got my new Brady Jersey, 59-0 Titans, and the **** talking of the guy who was giving me crap for picking Brady over Manning in fantasy by annihilating his fantasy score.

Other than that: The 'Tuck Rule Game' when Brady ran in the TD and tried to spike it and just completely tripped over himself. That was fantastic.

Flea flicker...Brady to Moss to Brady to Stallworth, TD!

I remember that, fake spike throw for TD. Hope we keep getting some of that magic on the field this year. Not that its lacking but, consistency I mean.

It was Gaffney that caught it, but yeah, that was AWESOME. The Steelers defense had no answers that day.

How about over to Moss behind the line....Moss drops it picks it up throws back to Brady and BOOM. Brady for the long td pass.

How about a little role reversal: Faulk to Brady, Miami, 2001. THAT was awesome.

YES!!! One of the first "man this guy is magic" plays. I'll never forget watching it, my first Pats game I ever really was into and man that was a treat. That was when they defeated Miami at home for control of the AFCE, correct?

Well, I believe I have been schooled. It sure looked like "Take 2" to my untrained eye. I guess I'll swallow my pride with a big chug of the Koolaid... Go Pats!!!

Yup. Wikipedia summary:
The Patriots defeated the Dolphins (20–13) for the first time since November 23, 1998 in the final regular season game for Foxboro Stadium. During halftime Patriot greats of the past and present were paraded with each commemorating a season of the stadium's 31-season existence – John Hannah represented 1973 (the year he was drafted by New England), Steve Grogan represented 1976 (the year of the infamous "Ben Dreith game" against Oakland), Drew Bledsoe represented 1996 (the Super Bowl XXXI season), and so forth. During the game itself Tom Brady caught a 23-yard pass from Kevin Faulk and threw for 109 yards himself.

Yeah. I get goosebumps watching that 2001 season on America's Game. Specifically the part before the Pittsburgh AFCCG when he's walking through the tunnel screaming, "we're here, baby!!!". TFB is, indeed, awesome.

Brady to Troy Brown for the OT TD in Miami back in 03 or 04.
I think he actually did a full 360 to evade a rush before unloading to Troy for the TD and V. :D

Remember that time Brady showed up to camp with the rookies when people said he might hold out?

Remember the time he took a salary cut so that the team could bring in more talent.

TOM BRADY IS AWESOME
