Brady ' s problem would be dealing with players who weren't willing to work as hard as he does. As hard as you try to have only hard workers on your team, there will always be some that are trying to skate through.

Really, assistant coach in the NFL is a tremendously demanding job. I doubt any former player who's made his way in business would be interested.

I love the idea of Faulk joining the staff. He's my favorite of the players who stayed w/the Pats all the way through his career. I think he was even helping Ridley w/his fumble issues during the season. ThoughI don't know exactly how he would fit in as Fears is our RB coach.
