They absolutely won't play the helpless victim when the owner makes a bad decision.
To elaborate: I endured an owner that made bad decision after bad decision for a quarter century. Had to get in the news most every day, make announcements at 5pm. After years of saying my old team needs a fan rebellion, some blind homers suggested I leave so I did....problem with these guys are they have bathed in his manure so long, they will support and enable him even when he delivers' a bad product. So he has no incentive to improve.
Look at NFL history. After The Miracle in The Meadowlands, Giants Fans burned their season's tickets and led a rebellion that finally got them a new GM and HC. This is the kind of remedy that teams like the Jets, Redskins, and Browns need - it's why they continue to be low-feeders. This also gives me faith in the Patriots - they won't put up with bad ownership.
