Oh it's true ..

We have so many options here.

Up top I might line CB at 3T and Perkins at 6 or 7. Wino & Uche wide with Judon 6 or 7. HT on a blitz or delayed blitz. Dugger drops back.

And does...what?

And does...what?
I would have like him to give up a few less yards but there weren't many "oh ****" plays if any. After watching him a few times there were only 3-4 of those plays and half were against Kelce/Waller I believe. I think you should give him a chance

Just read The Athletic's story on Ronnie Perkins. All I can say is WOW.

- Team leader by the start of his Sophomore season.
- Took ownership of his failed drug test and 6 game suspension. Blamed himself for the team's losses to Kansas St and Iowa St.
- During his Junior year, he actually changed techniques to help the team
- Interview says that he's extremely coachable. Arrives early. Stays late. Tries to help teammates improve.
- When he was being recruited by all the big name colleges, he brought teammates with him so they could experience the red carpet treatment, but also so they could be seen by the colleges.
- He led the Sooners to their own "28-3" comeback against Baylor. Like the Patriots, they won 34-31. Perkins had 3 sacks and 4 TFLs in that game to turn it around.

If he develops the way that his College coaches believe, Perkins will be the next "LEADER" of the Defense ala Willie McGinest and the Patriots will have a game changer..
