FIVE REASONS WHY…
…the Patriots look to be back to their Super Bowl form:

•Tom Brady is playing with his usual effectiveness. Even while being hit repeatedly by the Bills' pass rush in Week 7, he still managed to deliver big plays.
•Rookie Chad Jackson and newcomer Doug Gabriel are emerging as consistent playmakers in the receiving corps.
•Corey Dillon and rookie Laurence Maroney form a strong rushing duo that should be able to come up big as the weather turns colder and nastier.
•The defensive line is a talented trio that can hold its own against the best of offenses.
•Bill Belichick remains one of the greatest all-time coaches in football.

I don't know if I'd call C Jackson a consistent playmaker yet, but he has shown flashes that have me excited if his role and performance improves going to the playoffs. Gabriel is looking better each week.

By the time of the playoffs it may become Deion and David who?

The rest is stuf that is well known around here.

Expect a lot of Pats hype on ESPN because of the Mon night game, they alway overhype the teams they are having on.
