He was almost activated last week but at the last minute the coaches told him that they were going to wait and give Sammy Morris one more week before deciding to put him on IR or not. I guess this week they decided that Morris had to be placed on IR and did activate Bubba just a week later that they were originally going to.

I talked to him and he is pumped about it. He will play special teams, Kickoff and Kick Return.
